- Thought this was interesting. You can't adopt the methodology-that-must-not-be-named unless you're prepared to change the organisation. In my last role, there were incredibly strong rules on time codes. Pairing? No, you'll blow the small budget. (deployment pain didn't matter as my timecode was cross-business) Refactoring? Good luck with that. Once you get the development practices down you need to start looking outwards.
- I have a Run Code Run account. One project so far and I need to sort out my git install. It's not sure which Github account I'm using right now. And I'm not clear on it either, It'll have to wait until I get some more detail sorted out on my talk for the JAOO Developer Day.
